+ What's the difference between the Stain Whisperer and the laundry sheets?

The Stain Whisperer is a targeted stain remover - for tough marks like tomato sauce, grass or wine. The laundry sheets are your everyday clean – light, probiotic-powered, and gentle on clothes and skin. Use them together for best results.

+ Is this safe for coloured and white clothes?

Yes, all three products in the bundle are safe for both whites and colours!

The Stain Whisperer comes in two versions:

  • White: with natural oxygen bleach to brighten
  • Colour: bleach-free, gentle on fabrics and dyes

The Laundry Sheets are suitable for all fabrics, colours and wash temperatures. Safe, simple, and easy on your clothes.

+ How do I use the Stain Whisperer?

The Stain Whisperer adapts to your laundry mood.

  • A - Lazy mode: Add one tablespoon (30g) to the detergent drawer with your usual detergent. Use two for heavy stains.
  • B - Soak mode: Dissolve 1 tbsp in 2L of warm water and soak for up to an hour.
  • C - Spot treatment: Mix ½ tbsp with water, apply to the stain, let sit for 5 minutes, then wash as usual.

+ How long should the Stain Whisperer soak in?

Depends on the method. For direct treatment (C), let it sit for at least 5 minutes—longer for tough stains. For soaking (B), up to 1 hour. In the machine (A), it does the work while you relax.

+ Does it work at low temperatures?

Yes, even at 30°C or colder. Enzymes break down stains at low temps, while the bacteria keep cleaning, removing odours and improving hygiene in your drum and on fabrics. It’s a deep clean on eco mode.
